Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026.
This policy explains how Singularity Kingdom (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information when you sign in, play, use social features, or contact us. It applies to players and visitors worldwide who use the Singularity Kingdom game and the websites and related services that link to this policy. Singularity Kingdom is responsible for handling the personal information described in this policy.
For questions or requests about your personal information, contact support@singularitykingdom.com.

Keep your account: View instructions for resetting game progress or requesting deletion of specific data.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use our services, and information supplied by services you choose to link to your game profile.
Account information
You can play Singularity Kingdom without linking an email address or a third-party account. Your game profile has a unique player ID, which we use to associate your progress and game data with your profile.
If you link a recovery method to your game profile, we collect account information such as your email address, account identifiers, and authentication information, depending on the method you choose. This includes information you provide directly or authorize a linked service, such as Google or Unity, to provide. We use this information to manage account access, verify your identity, and support account recovery.
For Google sign-in, the account information we receive includes your verified email address and unique Google account identifier. We store the link to your game profile and use it for sign-in, recovery and account security.
Game information
We collect and store information associated with your gameplay, including your display name, game progress, inventory, in-game resources, achievements, settings and participation in game features. This may include guild membership and activity, competitive-play records and other interactions needed to operate those features.
Messages and support
When you use social features or contact us, we collect the content you provide and information needed to manage the interaction. This includes chat messages, direct messages, reports, block preferences, support correspondence and any attachments you send.
Reports may include relevant messages and surrounding conversation so that we can investigate the issue. We also keep records of moderation decisions and related actions.
Technical information
Our services and the providers that operate them process technical information needed to establish connections, authenticate requests and maintain reliable service. Depending on the service, this includes IP addresses, player and installation identifiers, request timestamps, service activity and error information.
Device model, operating system, app version and language information may also be processed by the relevant game service or included when you contact support. Unity Diagnostics collects crash logs, diagnostic and performance information, and device or installation identifiers to help analyze crashes and maintain reliability. Details of the providers involved appear in our Third-party Service Providers list.
How we use information
We use information to:
Operate the game, save progress and provide the features you choose to use.
Authenticate players, manage account links and help recover access to a game profile.
Enable social features, display relevant player information and provide message translation when requested.
Respond to support requests and send account verification, recovery and other necessary service communications.
Investigate reports, enforce game rules and protect players and services against abuse, cheating, fraud and unauthorized access.
Diagnose problems, maintain reliability and improve game features.
Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We use Google sign-in information for the account purposes described in this policy, including through the providers that operate our authentication and hosting services.
How information is shared
Other players
Your display name and information associated with social or competitive features may be visible to other players. This can include your player identifier, guild information, rankings, selected game statistics and content you share.
Community messages are visible to players with access to that chat. Guild messages are available to the relevant guild, and direct messages are available to the conversation participants. Authorized team members may access relevant communications for support, security and moderation.
If translation is available, a player who can view a message may request its translation. The message text and language information are then sent to the translation provider.
Service providers
We use third-party services for functions such as game hosting, authentication, cloud storage, email delivery and translation. Information needed for these functions is processed by the relevant provider.
Our Third-party Service Providers list identifies these services, explains their purposes and the information involved, and links to their privacy policies. The list forms part of this policy.
Some providers also process information independently when you use their own accounts, apps or services. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
Legal and safety purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, investigate wrongdoing, protect someone's safety, or protect the rights and security of our players and services. We limit these disclosures to information relevant to the circumstances.
Information stored on your device
The game stores information on your device to maintain your session, remember settings, support game saving and offer previously used profiles when switching accounts.
Removing local app data, uninstalling the game or signing out of an unlinked profile can prevent you from accessing that profile again. These actions do not themselves request deletion of information stored on our servers.
Account sign-in pages may also use cookies or similar storage to maintain secure browser sessions. Browser and device controls can remove this information, but doing so may affect sign-in or recovery.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of the type of information, the services being provided, security needs and applicable legal requirements.
Account and game information: We generally retain this information while the profile remains available, including so that players can return to the game and recover linked profiles.
Community and direct chat: Messages and their cached translations are normally removed through a cleanup process after 30 days. Evidence saved with a moderation report may be retained longer.
Verification and recovery information: Temporary codes, challenges and related security records expire and are removed through routine cleanup. Records needed to maintain an active account link remain until that link or account is removed.
Support, moderation and security records: We normally retain support correspondence and moderation case records for up to 18 months after the case is closed or resolved, to handle follow-up questions, appeals and repeated incidents. We delete records sooner where they are no longer needed or applicable law requires it. Limited records needed for an active restriction, an ongoing investigation or dispute, or a legal obligation may be retained longer for that specific purpose. We periodically review those exceptions and delete or anonymize the records when the need ends.
Where backup copies exist, deleted information may remain in those copies until they are overwritten or removed under the applicable backup schedule. Retained copies remain subject to access restrictions.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying information so that it no longer relates to an identifiable person.
Account choices and deletion
Account linking
You can manage supported recovery methods in the game's account settings. Removing a recovery link stops that method from being used to access your game profile. Unlinking, signing out and forgetting a profile on a device are different from deleting your game profile and its associated data.
Requesting deletion
You can initiate game-account deletion through the account settings in the app. You can also request deletion without access to the app by emailing support@singularitykingdom.com.
Tell us that you want to delete your Singularity Kingdom game profile and associated personal information. Include your player ID or linked email address if available. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that the profile belongs to you.
When we process a verified deletion request, we delete the game profile and associated personal information, or anonymize information where appropriate, except for limited records that must be retained for a legitimate purpose described under “How long we keep information.” We will explain any relevant retention exception when responding to your request.
Deleting a game profile is permanent. It does not delete your separate Google or Unity account.
Deleting data while keeping your account
To reset game progress, open Settings in Singularity Kingdom. Under Reset progress, choose Reset this account and confirm Reset progress. This erases your Eidolons, Orbit progress, base, materials, crystals and guild membership. Your login, display name and linked recovery methods remain. The reset cannot be undone.
Resetting progress does not delete separate chat, support, moderation or diagnostic records. To request deletion of specific personal information while keeping your account, email support@singularitykingdom.com. Describe the information you want deleted and include your player ID or linked email address if available. We may need to verify that the profile belongs to you.
Some information is necessary to maintain your account or provide a feature you request. Limited records may also be retained for the purposes described under “How long we keep information.” We will explain any relevant limitation or retention exception when responding to your request. To delete your game profile and associated data instead, follow the account-deletion instructions.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to:
Request access to your personal information and information about how it is used.
Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your personal information.
Receive a copy of certain information in a portable format.
Object to or request restrictions on certain uses of your information.
Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
Complain to the relevant data protection authority or appeal a decision where the applicable law provides that right.
To make a request, contact support@singularitykingdom.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any limitation or refusal.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some information is necessary to provide the game or a feature you request; restricting that processing may prevent us from continuing to provide it.
Legal grounds for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the services you request, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as maintaining security, addressing abuse, resolving support issues and improving service reliability. We consider the effects on your rights when relying on legitimate interests.
Where consent is required, we seek it before the relevant processing and provide a way to withdraw it.
Security and international processing
We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, restricted administrative access and protected authentication records. Access is limited according to the work needed to operate, support and protect the services.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the required safeguards, such as appropriate contractual protections.
You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your personal information.
Children and younger players
Singularity Kingdom is intended for players aged 13 and older. Additional age or parental-consent requirements may apply depending on where you live and the feature or service you use.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child where parental consent was required but was not obtained, we will take steps to delete that information or otherwise address it as required by applicable law.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided information in these circumstances can contact support@singularitykingdom.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. We will update the effective date when we do.
For material changes, we will provide an appropriate notice through the game, our website or another suitable channel. Where required, we will obtain consent before using information in a new way.
